These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Neuralytix ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), a communication skills training organization registered in Japan with registration number 57406721, located at 885 Fay Underpass, Sapporo, Hokkaido 0282, Japan.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
Coaching sessions and workshops must be scheduled in advance through our booking system, by phone, or by email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from Neuralytix.
Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours advance notice without penalty. Rescheduling requests with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of that session, at our discretion.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of the session credit or fee.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to coach availability, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or full refunds as appropriate.
Current pricing for our services is available on our website and upon consultation. Prices are subject to change without notice, though changes will not affect services already purchased.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified.
Multi-session packages must be used within the specified validity period (typically 6-12 months from purchase). Unused sessions expire after this period and are non-refundable.
Accounts with outstanding balances for more than 30 days may be suspended until payment is received. Late payment fees may apply as permitted by law.
All content on our website and in our training materials, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio clips, and software, is the property of Neuralytix or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the services you have purchased.

While we strive to provide high-quality coaching services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as job offers, salary increases, or performance improvements. Results depend on various factors including your effort, practice, and individual circumstances.
Our services provide coaching and training but do not constitute professional career counseling, psychological therapy, or legal advice. For such services, please consult appropriately licensed professionals.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
